100 tons per hour stone crusher plant details:
520mm size basalt stones are transferred to (PE600*900) primary Jaw crusher through (ZSW380-96）vibrating feeder from hopper for first crushing, then the crushed materials are transferred to (PYS-B1321)Symons cone crusher through conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed materials will be transferred to the (YK1865) Vibrating Screen through conveyor belt, and separated to different sizes. Those aggregate with suitable size will be transferred to the final product pile by conveyor belt and those with unsuitable size will be transferred back to the (PYS-B1321) Symons cone crusher for re-crushing. These forms a closed circuit manifold cycles. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements.
